Kunes iBot Manager - Update

*Updated for iBot v1.1.6
*Removed the Close Button
*Right click to close bot
*Added Donation button
*KunesManager will no longer save the chat log if the chat is empty
*Fixed some problem with Restart bot
*Option to set Manager on top
*Added Start Bot, Stop Bot and Reset Stats on right click
*Made some other changes with login etc.
